For my wife's birthday, we stayed at a hotel with beautiful rooms featuring 10-foot high ceilings and a restaurant with a big outdoor garden. The room was very spacious, but the price was a bit high. The service was exceptional, with staff taking extra time to recommend places to eat and things to do around the city, and they were very friendly and helpful. The location, although a bit out of the way in an embassy area, was quiet, safe, and had nice parks and restaurants nearby. The dining experience, in a silent district with embassies, was superb with a variety of fresh, healthy dishes. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
